Customer/Renter must be present at the time of pickup and drop off to allow us to perform a walkaround inspection. All rentals are inspected upon return. All renters agree to be held responsible for all added damages during their rental period.
Customer/Renter has 24-hours to cancel FREE through the link provided the time of reservation via text/email. Cancelation with less than 24 hours are subject to a $50 cleaning/preparation fee. All rentals are subject to weather conditions thus a raincheck is only provided if we cancel your booking due to a bad weather condition.
NO Smoking, drinking, Drugs, Burnouts, Racing, Drifting, Off-Road Driving, Pets, Car Seats, Luggage, items that can fly out, Unreasonable Speeding, Harsh Accelerations, Excessive Loud Music or High Bass Settings and Unruly or Illegal Behavior is allowed. We ask our customers to please take care of our slingshot as if it was their own and be careful of potential hazards that could cause damage to the unit. All renters agree to be held responsible for all added damages during their rental period.

Must be 21 years or older, provide a valid active driver's license, provide a copy of your Auto Liability Insurance, pay a $500 deposit at the time of the booking, sign our rental agreement and waiver and credit card authorization form to have on file.
Customer/Renter agrees to be responsible for any and all damages or losses to the slingshot while under their rental period upon signing our rental agreement including exterior and interior damages, blown audio speakers due to excessive loud music, tire burnouts, etc. Please take care of our slingshot and be careful for potential hazards that could cause damage. All rentals are inspected upon return.
Yes, children that do not need additional safety restrains besides a seatbelt can legally ride as a passenger in the slingshot. Per The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) , Children aged six to 17 must be properly secured with a seatbelt. No Pets please.
Yes, Customer/Renter will be charged a $50 late fee after 1-hour, $100 after 2-hours on return date and after 2 hours, late fee will be a full day rental extra charge. Please plan accordingly and be punctual.
After making your reservation, your spot will be secured unless any changes need to be made by either the renter or us. If you need to cancel or change your rental date/time, please do so using the link sent via text/email at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. We recommend to book ahead to secure availability on your specific date/time.
Customer/Renter must be present when picking up the unit. We will provide you with instructions & important information about our slingshot. You will have the opportunity to inspect the slingshot and ask any questions before taking it. We will collect a copy of your insurance card & driver's license. Customer must sign our rental agreement and credit card authorization form; if they have not done so electronically and will be handed the keys for the unit and storage. Renter timer will start as soon as keys are handed.
Customer/Renter must be present when dropping off the unit. We will do a walkaround inspection of the slingshot to ensure no damages were caused and will collect key. *Please be sure to add premium gas before returning unit- if not we will charge you a $50 post-fueling fee and collect any payment for tolls incur during your rental period. You must be 21 years or older to rent/drive the unit. A valid active driver's license must be provided and with you all times during rental period. Only a driver's license is required to drive a slingshot- no motorcycle license is required in the State of Florida to hold a motorcycle endorsement.
